Restoration and Conversion
Conversion of derelict agricultural barn to provide Five bedrooms and living accommodation, bringing the building up to modern standards but maintaining the traditional features.
A ground- source heat pump supplies hot water and underfloor heating.
Extensions
Single storey side and rear extensions. This project in Wolverhampton area was to totally surround the existing bungalow. Working closely with the client, we carried out most of the external works before they needed to move out of the property for internal works to begin.

Refurbishment of 1st floor premises to provide a 2 bedroom apartment, above a retail shop.
Works were carried out to ensure minimum disruption to the business.
Alterations
Rear modern timber frame extension and internal structural alterations with underfloor heating to a property in Shropshire area.
